Chippenham Himalayan Balsam Action Group are encouraging downstream River Avon landowners to take legal action against Chippenham Town Council for its appallingly inadequate response to Himalayan Balsam on riparian land that it has been managing on behalf of Wiltshire Council since April 2019.
